CBC is rebroadcasting the first season of jPod over the summer (Thursdays 8pm, starting June 19). We hope that improved ratings will convince CBC to save the show. Please consider tuning in and spreading the word! For more information:

I embrace Canadians working and doing well in the film/TV industry, but c'mon, the show was not good. Neither is Sophie or the Border....MVP gives me pains when I watch it. Terrible, typical and "safe" shows. If Canada is going to compete we should be watching HBO and taking notes. All these new CBC shows are out of date and nothing new. JPOD is written well, but not carried out properly at all. It seems the CBC can get away with doing whatever it wants with the publics money, making these unprofitable, unsellable shows. We all just get the bill for these mistakes. I've never met one person who liked any of these new shows at all. If they do it's because they're involved in it.

We need another "Kids in the Hall" to show people we are funny and talented again. It's just sad that "Kids" was funded mostly by a man in the USA.

Sorry to be negative, but hey, I'm getting sick of Canada dropping the ball constantly. I can't take it anymore...

I was on hold for a while now it's just ringing nonstop. I expect someone will answer eventually. (Hopefully everyone isn't out to lunch)
